Welcome to Wingmam.com (“Website”), operated by Anna Jorgensen (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this Website, enrolling in the Inner Circle membership, or participating in any coaching program, group program, community, chatbot interaction, or digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

1. Services & Inner Circle Membership

Nature of Services

Wingmam provides:

  • The Inner Circle membership community
  • Digital courses and materials
  • Recorded trainings
  • Community discussion spaces
  • A support chatbot
  • Referral services in the dating and relationship domain

Inner Circle Membership

The Inner Circle is an ongoing membership-based educational and coaching community that may include:

  • Recorded group coaching calls
  • Community discussion spaces
  • Educational resources and downloads
  • Bonus materials

Membership provides lifetime access to the Inner Circle upon receipt of full payment or completion of all scheduled installments.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Inner Circle at any time without prior notice.

No specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE.

All information provided through the Website, coaching services, Inner Circle membership, chatbot, digital materials, group sessions, or any related content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and must not be relied upon as, a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other healthcare advice.

You must not use any information provided by Wingmam to:

  • Diagnose or treat a medical or psychological condition
  • Prescribe or discontinue medication
  • Replace therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

You should always consult with your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare provider before adopting any treatment, making changes to medication, or implementing advice that may affect your health or psychological well-being.

If you have or suspect that you have a medical or psychological condition, you must promptly contact a licensed healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical or psychological advice, and never delay seeking such advice because of information obtained through this Website or our programs.

No Doctor-Patient or Therapist-Client Relationship

Use of this Website, participation in coaching or Inner Circle programs, chatbot interaction, or purchase of any products or services does NOT create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare provider relationship between you and Wingmam, the Coach, or any affiliated advisors.

If we determine that coaching is not appropriate for your circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and may provide a referral to an appropriate licensed professional.

3. Membership Billing & Subscription Terms (Inner Circle)

Payment Structure

The Wingmam Inner Circle is now offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access. Members may choose from two payment options at enrollment:

  • Pay in Full: A single one-time payment granting immediate, lifetime access to all included Inner Circle benefits.
    3-Payment Installment Plan: Three equal payments spread over 2 months. The first payment is due at enrollment and grants immediate access. Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the scheduled dates.

Installment Plan — Important Terms

  • All three payments are required to maintain access. Membership access is conditional on completion of all installments.
  • If any installment payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved.
  • Enrolling in the installment plan is a commitment to all three payments. You may not cancel mid-plan to avoid remaining installments — the full program fee remains owing regardless of whether you continue to access the membership.
    We will attempt to reprocess a failed payment up to three (3) times over seven (7) days. If payment remains unresolved after that period, your account may be suspended or terminated and any outstanding balance remains due.

No Recurring Subscription

As of Jun 8 2026, the Inner Circle is not a subscription. There are no automatic renewals, and you will not be billed beyond your selected payment option (one-time or three installments).

 

Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, including community participation, recorded materials, chatbot access, and downloadable resources, all purchases are generally considered final upon enrollment.

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds will be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error on our part
  • Technical failure where access was never provided and the issue was not resolved within 7 business days despite reasonable efforts
  • Legally required refunds as mandated under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

Jurisdiction-Specific Consumer Rights

We recognize that certain jurisdictions provide statutory refund or cancellation rights that cannot be contractually waived. These include but are not limited to:

  • California (USA): Residents may have rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and automatic renewal laws (Business & Professions Code §17600 et seq.)
  • European Union: Consumers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital services, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived
  • United Kingdom: Similar 14-day withdrawal rights may apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Other Jurisdictions: If your local consumer protection laws provide refund rights that supersede this policy, those rights are not waived by these Terms

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory right you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after accessing materials
  • Failure to use or engage with the membership
  • Dissatisfaction with personal results or outcomes
  • Violation of community guidelines resulting in termination

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be suspended immediately or after a short grace period
  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment up to three (3) times over seven (7) days
  • If payment remains unresolved after that period, your account may be terminated
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding balance

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider, we ask that you contact us directly at findme@wingmam.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of your account and may be considered a breach of these Terms.

4. Community Conduct & Participation

The Inner Circle is a moderated private community.

By participating, you agree:

  • To treat all members respectfully
  • Not to harass, threaten, shame, or attack other members
  • Not to share confidential information outside the community
  • Not to solicit, promote, or sell services without written permission
  • Not to post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or explicit content

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate membership without refund for violations.

5. Confidentiality in Group Settings

We maintain the confidentiality of client information as described below. However:

In group settings (including Inner Circle), confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Members are expected—but not legally guaranteed—to maintain discretion regarding what others share.

Participation in group programs acknowledges this inherent limitation.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All materials provided, including:

  • Videos
  • Worksheets
  • Chatbot scripts
  • Community content
  • Course materials
  • Live call recordings

Remain the intellectual property of Wingmam.

You may not:

  • Record sessions without permission
  • Share login credentials
  • Reproduce or distribute materials
  • Repurpose content for commercial use

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination and legal action.

7. Recording & Media Release

Group coaching calls and trainings may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to:

  • Being recorded in audio or video format
  • Use of recordings within the membership

We will not publicly use identifiable content without written consent.

8. User-Generated Content License

By posting content within the Inner Circle (comments, reflections, responses), you grant Wingmam a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized excerpts for educational, training, or program improvement purposes.

You retain ownership of your personal content.

9. Chatbot Disclaimer

The Wingmam chatbot provides automated educational guidance.

It:

  • Does not replace professional advice
  • May generate incomplete or inaccurate responses
  • Cannot interpret personal nuance
  • Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or crisis decisions

Use of the chatbot is at your own risk.

10. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in coaching, membership, and community activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wingmam’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

We are not liable for:

  • Emotional distress
  • Relationship outcomes
  • Decisions made based on coaching
  • Third-party platform failures

11. Third-Party Platforms

Services may be delivered via:

  • Zoom
  • Email
  • Community software platforms
  • Payment processors
  • Messaging apps

We are not responsible for outages, data breaches, or technical failures of third-party systems.

12. Termination

We may terminate access without refund if:

  • You violate community guidelines
  • Engage in harassment
  • Share materials without authorization
  • Attempt to disrupt the program

As the Inner Circle is a one-time purchase, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. If you enrolled in the 3-payment installment plan, you remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of continued use of the membership.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC.

You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For minor or non-material updates — such as corrections to formatting, grammar, or contact information — changes may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at Wingmam.com. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made.

Your continued participation in the Inner Circle membership or use of any Wingmam services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cancel your membership and discontinue use of our services before the effective date of the changes. Cancellation instructions are provided in Section 3.

16. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accessing this Website or enrolling in any Wingmam program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, available at: Wingmam.com/privacy-policy

Our Privacy Policy describes:

  • What personal data we collect and why
  • How we use and store your information
  • Your rights regarding your personal data
  • How to submit a data access, correction, or deletion request
  • Our compliance with applicable privacy laws including PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (European Union), and CCPA (California, USA)
